Fabulous expereince with Southern Traditions and Jennifer Verkon. Bought a home without any window coverings; Jennifer helped design a plan to space out the purchase and installation to be more affordable. Even with a few 'bumps in the road' (problems on the production end)- Jennifer went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
Working with Southern Traditions Window Fashions has been awesome from the start. From the free quote to installation, this team knows how to do customer service and they do it extremely well. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds, shades, or shutters!
Southern Traditions finished up our install today and we have been very impressed with the service and products they provide. Our design consultant, Richard, was so friendly and helpful. He made the process simple and helped us select the best blinds for our new home. The installer, Brian, was prompt and efficient. They arrived right on time and were in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, this is a great company that we would highly recommend and I'm sure we will be using again in the future.

Many thanks to Brian Read for installing our new living room blinds. He did such a nice job and ensured that we were satisfied. He was careful to protect our carpet and be sure that his work area was clean before he left. We would recommend Southern Traditions to anyone that needs window treatments. Their exceptional customer service is the reason that they will be our first choice when we need more help with window furnishings.
Just had Rob and Ricky install plantation shutters my breakfast/den area. Very professional-friendly, quick and thorough. The entire process was very smooth-really enjoyed working with Julie who spent a good bit of time showing me all of the options. I am very happy with the final product, and I look forward to using them again!
