RecommendedRichard Bernath is a professional. He is a creative problem solver who helped me combine simplicity and functionality to achieve my decorating goals. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again in the future. I was not at home during the install, but my husband was pleased with the process. There was no clean up to be done and I found everything to be in working order. It is one thing to have a plan in mind and another to see the final install. It was perfect and I am so pleased!

In addition to Richard being top notch, every single one of our plantation shutter install's have been completed by the most personable guys. Jennifer was so helpful throughout the process. She came to my house for TWO HOURS to go over every window, design thoughts, and pricing considerations to me sure i was completely happy. And once installed, I am just in love. Even through a few bumps in the road (manufacturer error) she was right there helping to make it right. Can't recommend enough.
I like to going to brick and mortar stores where I can touch and feel the merchandise. I also want personalized attention from personnel who are accountable and who obviously want to do an excellent job. Southern Traditions is such a place. They are one stop shopping for custom drapes and blinds. I have now been living with both blinds and drapes from them for more than a month and love what I have.
I love our outdoor shades. They are gorgeous! Randy and Rob did a great job. Made sure everything was perfect, Explained everything, and cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for your needs. Very professional and friendly. Great customer service also. I’ve used them in the past.
Our shutters and window treatments are gorgeous!! Randy was awesome with installation and so very helpful. He was early for his install appointment (bonus!) and cleaned up after the installation. Jennifer the designer was great too! I can’t wait to call them for our next project!
We just had arch shutters installed by Randy and the entire process went incredibly well. Perfect fit and install. Very happy and would recommend to anyone in the upstate!
