RecommendedRichard Bernath is a professional. He is a creative problem solver who helped me combine simplicity and functionality to achieve my decorating goals. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again in the future. I was not at home during the install, but my husband was pleased with the process. There was no clean up to be done and I found everything to be in working order. It is one thing to have a plan in mind and another to see the final install. It was perfect and I am so pleased!

RecommendedJennifer was so helpful throughout the process. She came to my house for TWO HOURS to go over every window, design thoughts, and pricing considerations to me sure i was completely happy. And once installed, I am just in love. Even through a few bumps in the road (manufacturer error) she was right there helping to make it right. Can't recommend enough.
RecommendedI like to going to brick and mortar stores where I can touch and feel the merchandise. I also want personalized attention from personnel who are accountable and who obviously want to do an excellent job. Southern Traditions is such a place. They are one stop shopping for custom drapes and blinds. I have now been living with both blinds and drapes from them for more than a month and love what I have.

I would highly recommend this company for your needs. Very professional and friendly. Great customer service also. I’ve used them in the past.
