Absolute worst title company I have ever worked with! I purchased a home and at the time of closing they made a huge error when calculating the pro-rated taxes that the seller would owe versus the buyer. I closed on the house at the end of September and ultimately got stuck with a $2200 tax bill while the seller was charged $109 at closing. They should have paid the 9 months of prorated taxes and I should have paid 3 months.
