first time here and needed a simple tire patch. Hour half later they tell me that they can't find anything wrong. I had the tech follow me out so i can show him and he tries to argue with me saying it's a rock. when i pulled said rock out i handed it to him and asked when do rocks look like screw tips. A customer shouldn't have to do the professional's job.
RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about this business! We had the absolute best experience here. Everyone, Eric in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate us in a pretty desperate situation during a recent trip. Eric communicated with us during our entire trip there. We arrived shortly before closing on Saturday, not the best time for any business. They never made us feel like an imposition and basically “saved” our trip. Thanks Eric and Southern Tire Mart!!!
Great place great service
I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours for a front end alignment just to be told that I needed a new track bar that I had just replaced in January needless to say I will not be back
Best price, service, if you go anywhere else your wasting time and money. ....
I had to wait 2 hours before I got my oil changed but everything turned out okay they took care of me so I got no complaints that was the first time that ever happened I've been going there for a while
I have found my tire place, a home away from home. Great Customer Service and Cleanliness!!
