The staff is okay. There is about only two stylist that will speak to you when you walk in. The young lady in heels was a little snippy with me when she informed me she would not be able to get to me that day so I let the other young lady, I think her name was Brooklyn/Brooke.. She was very sweet and took the time to cut my hair and I love it. However I did see the owner and she looked as if she had just rolled out of the bed. I love this place. Everyone is so nice. I take my kids there all the time and do awesome.. maybe you should reinsure your children to stay still for the best haircut they can get .. never had a problem with them.
