I had a terrific experience with Will at Southern States Mazda. I was trying to make a final decision between the Mazda CX-5 and the Subaru Outback. I was at Southern States Mazda for a last test drive of the CX-5. I really liked it. Will asked what my other top contenders were, and I told him that I was seriously considering the Outback. Drove all the way from the Charlotte area to do business with a Mazda dealer that would treat us properly. Excellent price and customer service was worth the travel. Would definitely recommend to others and do business with them in the future. Very large inventory. Small but tidy sales area with the expected amenities: coffee, water, snacks. No experience with maintenance staff
Unbelievable, there has got to be a better way, I'm surprised Southern States Mazda is still in business. I have learned from my mistake, I surrender completely, here's the hit, I had to take my car back to the service department because it was leaking oil from the 30,000 mile service. After replacing the plug seal, the service guy drove the car with no oil in it. Absolutely brilliant !!!!
I expected Mazda would be the best place to diagnose & fix my car since that's where I originally purchased it. I'm extremely frustrated after almost two days in the shop & almost $300.00 just for a new battery, nothing has changed. Warning lights are still on, car still jerks & doesn't feel safe to drive. My car is now at another shop & I won't be going back.
I had a bad experience in the service department. I called the general manager 2 times and left voicemails to call me back. I have yet to hear from him. A customer service rep called me 2 days ago and I told her that I was dissatisfied. She said she would send me the General manager's email address because the phone thing hasn't worked so far. I have yet to get that manager's email address.
Absolute waste of time dealing with this place. Never got the information I was waiting for. They just kept stringing me along with endless banter and I ultimately bought my vehicle elsewhere.
I have been a satisfied service customer ever since I bought my first Mazda 3 here in 2005. Tony in service has taken great care of me and my car over the years. My experience has been so good that yesterday I bought my second Mazda 3 (a 2016) from Dustin. He was terrific. Easiest car-buying I've ever done. Oh, and I love the car!
