great service ...love our Mazda CX5
The service person, Matt, understood that we arrived early so we could get out early. Although they were busy. we had our regular maintenance and were ready to leave in plenty of time for another appointment. That's great customer service.
Great service, courteous staff, and always available to help and answer questions
I took our Mazda in for routine service. They got everything done within an hour, and changed the battery on the electronic key. They always do a good job, and they stay on top of scheduled maintenance. Our Mazda runs like a smooth well-oiled machine. Oh wait—-it is indeed a well-oiled machine.
