Great pulled pork and BBQ beans. The hot BBQ sauce was the best of the batch. This is a must have upon visiting the island.
great, simple character. brisket was quite nice and the ribs excellent. people are fun and pleasant with a good down home, funky vibe. seem to have decent brew selection with locals and crafts.

I judge BBQ with the GA BBQ Association and with the Kansan City BBQ Society and this is a lot better BBQ than the pro cook teams cook. The ribs at Southern Soul as well as the BBQ chicken are the BEST I've ever had.
Consistently becoming a novelty for the tourist as they will only come there once or twice, but your service and food product has become very sub standard. We eat out because we can afford to, and I expect to have what I pay for correct. No hair cooked into the food (hair nets would be appropriate), and food to be served hot.
