I see why Southern Soul gets top rankings for bbq. The meats were tender and moist with the deep smoked flavor that you get only with low and slow wood cooking. Their 4 sauces are great too.
Amazing food, friendly service, try everything including all the sauces
One word....Amazing. Go and be a carnivore. The only thing I take issue with is putting Lima Beans in my Brunswick Stew, but its not like that stopped me from having some, they just did not get eaten.

My job takes me to Saint Simons about every other month. EVERY time I'm there I make at least 1 or 2 stops here! Ribs are fabulous and the Burnt Ends sandwich is amazing. Do yourself a favor and find your way to the island and to Southern Soul. You will thank me!
Brisket, pulled pork, you name it, can't go wrong. The Brunswick Stew however, has my vote as best in class.
