They seem like 5 star service in the sale , but everything since has been 0 star. My install was sloppy I just installed new roof so designed system to be hidden and asked for the plumbing to be indiscreet as possible when installers arrived and they ignored that and just took the fastest easiest route to my box, had to put the wires up in my attic as they just had them slapped across with no effort to tuck them away. We had 42 panels put on roof in 2019 of 2020 @1701 Limestone Trl. Fort Worth. Tx. 76134. They worked great for a long time. We had over $400.00 in credits. Then bill started to grow & credits shrunk. We called they came out & half the panels weren’t producing, micro inverters weren’t working. Will they fixed it. But now it has started to do same thing as before. Company is terrible since purchased by SolaTrue. Absolutely worthless. Will not return calls until you threaten to call the Attorney General office. Even then they don’t call, they email. They do not honor the 25 year warranty. They will push you to have issues resolved by their competition. I would strongly suggest finding an alternate company.

Update as of 09/22/22: They sent a technician on 09/17/22 and he was able to get my system in working order. As of the time of me writing this, the system is working as expected. I'll finally see some relief on my electric bills and have peace of mind that my battery will kick-in if our power goes out. I do appreciate them jumping on this. But, nothing happened until after I submitted a complaint to the BBB. Because of that and my experience below...only a 3 out of 5 stars overall. My parents got their solar from Southern Solar back in 2020, they were then acquired by SolaTrue. They have been noticing their electric bill slowly increasing and had them check. more than half of the panels are not working. They reached out to the warranty department and were told that the company is no longer in business and suggested they contact another company to assist but no one will since they did not do the original installation.
