Dr. Hughes is so caring and knowledgeable! We have had wonderful experiences at her office. The staff is fantastic and my son actually doesn’t mind going to the dentist. 😊 My oldest son had a procedure done today and everything went so well. He was put at ease before, during, and after the procedure and my husband was so impressed with the kindness and thoroughness of the staff and Dr. Hughes. Thank you!
My daughter saw Dr Perry for 15 years & she just saw Dr Hughes for the first and last time. She just graduated high school & is too old to continue with pediatric dentistry. We are sad to go but I will always recommend Southern Smiles to anyone with children. Well miss you!
We had the BEST experience with Southern Smiles! My daughter has been scared in the past to be seen by a Dentist, this time she went back all by herself & looking forward her next appointment in 6 months! They are definitely kid-friendly with games and TVs in the rooms! Thank you!!
My daughters’ had their first appointment at Southern Smiles this week and we were very pleased. The hygienists and the Dr were very kind and took their time with my girls. Neither of my girls fought the process, so I can’t say how they would handle a difficult situation, but I was pleased that my girls felt comfortable enough to lay back in the chair and allow the ladies to clean their teeth. My youngest got x-rays for the first time and she did that without crying, so this visit was a major success in my book.
We love Dr. Kelly Hughes! She is amazing with kids and the sweetest lady. I would highly recommend her.

We absolutely love Dr. Hughes!! All of the hygienists are wonderful too!! Yesterday we had Tiffany and she was so great with the boys. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are truly the best!!
