Although going to the dentist was always a challenge for me, Dr. Canham is excellent and communicates extremely well about the process. His team is as professional and pleasant.
If you are having a team meeting and no one is at the front desk you might consider having a counter sign explaining the situation. "Team Meeting In-Progress. Back by 2PM".
When I entered the procedure room the appointment calendar was displayed on the monitor showing my ss#. Maybe you can edit what info is displayed.
