This was my first visit and I am so happy I chose Southern Smiles. I got to talking to a patient in the waiting room. When I told him that this was my first visit, he said that I had made a "wise choice". Everyone was very personable and attentive.
Absolutely charming place with friendly staff that I have not seen like it
I have been going to them for about 15 years. They are great! They help me feel at ease, and as someone who struggles with dental anxiety, that says a lot!
Went to the office with major tooth pain and they immediately took me in. Low and behold within minutes my problem was eliminated. Thank you Dr Beavers and your great staff.

Always a good experience. On this visit I had to park away from office and walk the rest of the way because of a wreck blocking the road. Dr Beavers drove me back to my car after my appointment!
Once you find something you truly like and trust, it often gets hard to leave it behind. I moved away from Summerville 2-1/2 years ago, a traveling healthcare professional, and unfortunately made the mistake of shying away from a “new” dentist. (The dentists in my new areas were either all booked up for weeks, or not highly recommended, or lately had closed their offices due to COVID pandemic.) Outstanding customer service from the time you arrive until you leave!! Kind, caring staff that exhibit excellent listening skills and go the extra mile to make accommodations for patients if needed. I have been going to Dr. Beavers and Dr. Hendricks for about 8 years now. We just moved further away about 40 minute drive but I am not switching dentist. I love the staff and my 2 dentist. My hygienist Tamra of 8 years is the kindest, sweetest person and a professional in her field. I love the conversation we have and the smile on her face!! Its an absolutely "YES" for me.....🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
COVID-19 protocol used to protect the dental workers as well as the patients was very good. I felt safe. Dental work was performed well and in a timely matter. Even a bit of unplanned work was performed by Dr. Beavers without question. Much appreciated. This is a very professional dental office which is one of the reasons why I've been going to them 16 years.
