This was my first vegan experience and I love it. I had the sweet potato puree with a delicious applewood seasoning and it was incredibly good! Still can't believe it didn't have seasoning meat. My daughter had greens and they were every bit as good. I am a 64yo Southern cook who comes from a long line of Southern cooks who would proudly give their seal of approval to Sourhern Roots' cooking.
