i seriously can not say enough good things about Southern Roots. it's beautiful; the food is incredible; the people r ridiculously kind. we always have a wonderful, chill time in there. and today was no different. they noticed that the little had an elsa bottle she was drinking from and recognized that she was singing the words '...the past is in the paaaast' as she twirled around like a maniac on their 'dance floor' ~ and what do they do?! - they decide to play 'let it go' for us on their bodacious sound system. complete to... read more
The lavender latte with coconut milk was delicious! It was a little too creamy for me but the flavor was yummy! And the staff was friendly and helpful since I've never had a lavender latte but love lavender.
This is my favorite restaurant in Jacksonville, with fantastic, fresh food prepared and served by friendly people, and delicious gluten-free desserts. I also often pick up some freshly prepared take-home food or locally grown vegetables. I hear that they're expanding soon!!
Amazing customer service! We got there just as they were locking up but Chris invited us in and we had the best coffee and cafe con leche that we have had in some time! Almost forgot it smells so fantastic in there !Thank you so much! Definitely go there if you are in the area!
This is my favorite place to eat. Everything on the menu is great and it’s is so fresh.
