Dentist offices can be scary, but Southern Roots is NOT. I was made comfortable the entire time and the entire staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely am happy with my experience there, and highly recommend this dental office! Personal attention and customer service: amazing!
YA'LL ARE THE BEST! The staff goes above and beyond customer service. Aside from being knowledgeable and professional, they are so caring and sweet. My baby and toddler were asleep in the car and I needed to pay a bill. The receptionist so graciously came out to my car, got my card, took it back inside to run it, then brought it back out to me. All of this so I wouldn't have to wake the kids up just to go inside for 2 minutes. LOVE this dentist and staff!

This is probably one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had! I am new to the area, and the staff made me feel right at home! Randi is sooo sweet and was an amazing, very knowledgeable and gentle hygienist, despite my tooth/gum sensitivity. Dr Lowder was very nice and professional as well! To make things even better, I left with free goodies for my teeth, a T-Shirt, and a free mini king cake for Mardi Gras!
