RecommendedI highly recommend southern Roots dentistry! I was extremely nervous, but DR James and his nurses took amazing care of Me. They made sure I was very comfortable as soon as I arrived all the way through the procedures! I would recommend you guys to anyone! Thank you for all of your hospitality!
Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Lowder and his amazing staff for the children’s first dental experience!! Arthur was very proud to wear his new Southern Roots swag to school!
Hands down the best experience at a dental office I’ve had. The staff is super nice and welcoming! Dr. Lowder is so nice and it really helps with my social anxiety and “white coat syndrome” 😂 I will always use them for my teeth cleanings/dental needs!
Dr. Lowder and his team were phenomenal. They talked me through my dental angst and made quick work of the procedure. They were reasonably priced and even suggested waiting on a procedure until my insurance would cover it. Ive never had a medical person do that. They were simply great!!!
Were told that they accepted our insurance, only to find out when we were billed that it's out of network. Nobody bothered to tell us that. When I called to ask why we weren't told, they said "We tell all patients that we accept all insurance. That doesn't mean we are in-network. We aren't in-network with anyone". NOT IN-NETWORK WITH ANYONE!!!! They also ran an X-Ray that insurance only covers at a heavily reduced rate without informing us, leaving us with another unexpected cost. Dr. Lowder and Southern Roots Dentistry are amazing! My kids (5 & 8) love going for cleanings and to get all those sugar bugs removed (aka fillings😬)! Dr. Lowder made the experience fun and silly for them. My kids didn’t even know they were given a shot, (that takes some skill)! They came home with lots of goodies, and I did too. My kids keep asking to go back to the dentist! And I’ve personally always dreaded going to the dentist, but not anymore!!! I LOVE THESE GUYS!! Absolutely the best Dentistry family I have had the pleasure of trusting my teeth with and I take my teeth very serious!! So do they! Give them a call I did. I was new to the area, I had an emergency called them they got me in the same day. That was probably 2yrs ago. I still go to them, I drive from Texas just to see them. ❤️
My life long dentist retired and recommended SRD. I have to admit, I was hesitant, but SO VERY glad I went! The staff is just wonderful (some even coming from my old dentist's office). The office was clean and inviting. April is just a doll! I have a feeling my "new" dentist will be the "rest of my life" dentist!
Yes I recommend Southern Dentistry!! Matter of fact I’ve told several people already! My Dentist retired and recommended this practice... Thanks Doc. M. They are as friendly and professional as you!!!! Even if they are millennials 😂😂😂 I Love it! The office is Awesome along with the staff.. you will not go wrong.
