Wanted to give a big thumbs up to Dr Fnu Girish! I was treated for a Cardiac event twice in one week which resulted in two separate stays at the hospital. Both times I was fortunate to have Dr Girish overseeing my health issues. Wonderful man who took the time to explain in great detail not only what was occurring, but a working strategy to improve my situation. Very encouraging, dedicated and thoughtful! Very blessed to have him fighting for me and my coming greater health! Thank you for all you do Dr Girish ♥️
Just wanted to give a shout out to so many wonderful staff members at Southern Regional! After spending three days in the hospital with a cardiac issue, was taken care of by the most caring and helpful RN’s I think I’ve ever met. All were amazingly compassionate, informative, patient and efficient in every way. By the time I left, they felt like family :). Such a blessing we’re they! I was recently taken to Southern Regional by ambulance and had to be admitted. I didn't have any problems. All the nurses on the fourth floor were Fantastic. They ran every test on me to make sure I was in tip top shape. I really appreciate all the staff that took good care of me. Thank you so much.
DR. Essien was so nice and respectful of my concerns. She's a star! It feels good to have someone listen and understands you. If i could give her 10 stars i would. My nurse was also super sweet.
The nurses are excellent, Tina and Kelly is sorry I did not memorize her name. Some professionals and the one I did not like were the delivery doctors, so the midwife did not give me reasons why I had to wait 30 hours for delivery, and besides, they did not tell me that I had high blood pressure and the baby too. Dr.Essien is the best doctor on sight and she deserves a raise
My Father was recently admitted to Southern Regional ER and was hospitalized for two weeks. He had a condition whereby he could not care for himself. He was treated with extra ordinary care and compassion. Every person involved from the doctor to the person cleaning the room was pleasant and had a service attitude. Moreover, the medical staff was knowledgeable and able to communicate complex issues in simple terms so that we could understand and agree to a comprehensive treatment plan. Very nice hospital and friendly staffs. I worked with Elizabeth and she is the best! My time here was very welcoming and everyone was so attentive.
