I scheduled an appointment for Thursday January 14 between 3-5. 5 o'clock came and went and no one called or came. I left a voicemail that night saying no one called or came. The next day (Friday) I called them at 10:30 saying no one showed up. She never said sorry just that she could have someone at my house that day between 3-5 again. She assured me they would come.
