RecommendedI recently had the pleasure of working as Crystal’s MA for a year. She is an amazing nurse practitioner who makes sure her patients are well taken care of. She will often follow up personally with her patients to make sure their treatment plan is working, and if any problems occur, she will address it as soon as staff makes her aware.

Dr. Sadler, Donovan, and Ashley truly care for the patients. Dr. Sadler truly listens to and cares about his patients. He doesn't do as hundreds of psychiatrists do; just write RX's continually without asking questions and learning how his patients are responding. The same is true for Donovan. Welcome to Gulf Shores to all of you! Ashley is the office manager for Gulf Shores. She answers the phones, makes appointments and so much more. She especially returns all phone calls in a timely manner.
HORRIBLE service. Every single person I came in contact with was rude and never tried to help me or my family. We have been pushed around and promised appointments that “got lost” in the system. When the issue was brought to their attention NOTHING was done. I would not recommend this place or staff to anyone.
