Having previously lived in Texas, I have had my fair share of roof repair/replacement experiences (at least 5 times). I can say, with certainty, Southern Pro is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL and ETHICAL company with whom I have worked. I strongly recommend them for your roofing damage estimates and potential follow-on repairs...if truly needed!

Southern Pro did an amazing job on our roof. They were quick, professional, and solved any problem that came about. Kiara and Matt were extremely helpful and responsive to any concerns we had! Such a horrible experience dealing with this company, save yourself time and energy and DO NOT do business with them. They didn't replace my fascia when they did my roof 2 years ago and now that I need to replaced they do not want to fix their mistake at all. Called and was referred to Matt who is in charge of their projects and he has such a bad attitude. Southern Pro is what I would label as a "Contractor With a Heart". I purchased a renovated home in April 2020 and a new roof was installed by Southern Pro. After the first rains of the season I noticed a leak in my bedroom and contacted SP right away. I received a call from their rep Matt the same day and he was on site the next. Even though it looked as though someone had sprayed a paint like product on this leak which would void the warranty, Southern Pro stepped up and honored their installation and product. I was born at night, but it wasn't LAST night (as Harry Truman famously said). I have seen a lot of contract work projects come and go. But these guys did an absolutely incredible job. A large team came and worked in tandem meticulously on my 5200 square foot (huge) very steeped roof and finished the bulk of it in 11 hours (the next day was a small space to finish). Ian worked us into their busy schedule when we had some serious roof issues. Gabe was great to work with, and Scott and crew managed to re-roof our home in a day, even with having to remove barrel tile and repairing a lot of plywood and trusses underneath. Happy to know we can face whatever rain hurricane Dorian brings our way!
