**** was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was thorough, explained exactly what needed to be done and he didn't try to up-sell me. Price was fair. He was at my house on a Tuesday and his crew was here to do the repairs on that Saturday. He is a retired Master Sergeant from the Air Force. He is still applying those core values. I hired Southern Pro Restoration to replace the roof on my parent's home. The tear-off and replacement were done in two days and the crew and foreman were very respectful and mindful of our surrounding plants and new paint job. All plants were covered with tarps and the debris from the roof never touched our new paint job. The foreman fully understood our concerns and executed this job perfectly.
I had this company hired, because they work with the solar company together. I had hired them for my new house roof. They screwed screws into the roof of my sunroom to connect it to the new house roof. As a result, I got leaks at every point where you made a hole for the screws. The company said they weren't responsible for the leaks in my sunroom roof, but they drilled the holes in there. The sunroom cost me 32K in 2020. It was noted upon the initial shingle roof inspection on 1/5/22, prior to any of our roof work, that there was an excessive and untidy amount of sealant applied to the sunroom's perimeter (by the sunroom contractor in 2020) which is indicative of a prior issue with some level of water intrusion in the sunroom. Would rate higher if I could. Very professional company from start to finish. Made the whole process very easy and stress free. Crew arrived in a timely manner and did an amazing job.
Southern Pro Restoration replaced my roof in March 2021. Their estimate was competitive and more reasonable than some other companies who came to our door and just wanted to gouge our insurance. Our sales rep was Derek Bailey and he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Not lowest, but complete quote. Showed up on time, and did a very good job, completing the roof in 2 1/2 days with 5 workers. Workers were polite and diligent. Did good cleanup. Coordination by Southern Pro contact was prompt and very good. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.,
