Marion did not do what he promised. He will not answer the phone. It has been 8 months and the pool is not finished. Do not use this company.

Mr. Ellen, I apologize for your experience, but I am not sure of what you are speaking. Have you tried calling the store? Often Marion is out in the field and does not have the ability to answer the phone, so calling the store is always the best option. Our number is 910-692-5200. In the winter we are open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm. I am not there at the moment, but if you would like to call in and leave a message or call after 10 tomorrow morning, I will be happy to assist you. --Jessica
