Terrible customer service and completely unreliable. They don’t return phone calls, and it is usually 2 to 3 weeks before they can get to your problems. We have had problem after problem after problem with the pool they built for us.

Very very poor customer service and maintenance of pool. We were required to use this pool service while renting a home through Moore County Living. We recently built a home and put in a pool and will not let Southern Tropics anywhere near it. Dealing with Southern Tropics was a bad experience.
