I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the office manager (her name starts with a J) at Southern Pain Institute and I must say it was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever had. it is hard to identify what went well on my visit. From the moment i walked in I felt completely out of place. I asked myself, is this an Institute? I never had the feeling of being treated with courtesy and respect. When I saw the doctor, she did not even introduce herself. When she starting asking questions about my health, I told her that the information she was asking me was in the form I completed. She became very defensive at that point.
