After serving in the military, he is currently navigating the process of medical retirement, and his recent appointment was nothing short of a nightmare. it is hard to identify what went well on my visit. From the moment i walked in I felt completely out of place. I asked myself, is this an Institute? I never had the feeling of being treated with courtesy and respect. When I saw the doctor, she did not even introduce herself. When she starting asking questions about my health, I told her that the information she was asking me was in the form I completed. She became very defensive at that point. I read all the reviews and should had listen my first visit I was like wow I am the only person here not a good sign to me if the place is good there should be more than one patient there so I go back to talk with dr if I should say she deserves to even be called that we talked and she told me I had a lot of problems lots of surgery etc so she told me what she would give me for pain for 2 weeks to try ok I left to go to store to get script go home and not been home for 5 minutes my phone rings I answered it someone from Smyr... read more
Not professional...A WORKER at this facility very disrespectful....lack of respect .. mannerisms rude screaming and yelling out of control....it's hostile environment I'm in pain she causes distress I'm a patient.....now injured CNA worker...my patients used to tell me how they are treated when they leave for appts how others treat them.....I see first hand myself at this facility....this is not the first encounter but will be the last .encounter she's very hostile and I fear for my own safety not to go back there....I alrea... read more
