Explained the procedure and made the experience bearable
Wonderful experience today on an extraction they made me feel very comfortable and welcome during the process, even though I was a bit frightened
It was not a " planned" visit, but they were able to accommodate me very quickly to be seen. When I arrived for the first time in their office, I was greeted with much warmth. Their office was clean and the staff was extremely nice. When I was taken in the back I was greeted by the doctor who introduced himself and explained the procedure that I would be needing and the cost. They left me in pain. Went back for a follow-up for the pain and they caused more pain. They’re terrible with phobic patients, no care, no concern, no patience. No kindness. If you’re afraid of dentists or if you have literally any other options, don’t go here.
Been trying to set up my wisdom tooth appt for the past month. me & my insurance company are waiting for them to respond back , they never answer the phone no matter what time you call edit 08/08 I’m calling again around 10:00 a.m still no answer shaking my head this is ridiculous
