Complete shitshow. Unethical. Liars. Sold a death trap to a mom of a baby and refuse to fix the situation. Don’t waste your time or money on these losers.
Nope. Sold someone a untrustworthy vehicle, knowing it didn’t work right.
My Bestfriend bought a car from them and they sold her a really bad car! They told her “Family car, very safe, and nothing wrong with it”. Well! That was a lie, they wouldn’t even give her a year warranty. She also has a baby. They knew she had a baby because she had her baby with her when she bought the car. She was driving and it died on her while she was driving! And had her baby in the car! They almost gotten hurt. The car was rigged! Wires were cut! Unacceptable!
RecommendedI bought my 2004 GMC Envoy in September and I have only had to have the oil changed!!! It's awesome and I love it!!!! I would highly recommend Southern Ohio Truck and Auto to everyone!!!
Sold an untrustworthy vehicle to a friend of mine. They were aware of her having a kid as well, which shows they're not the best dealership for a family. When her father called to clear everything up, they said they would call back and never did! Terrible service. Rude when called about the issues. Highly do NOT recommend. & If you've already bought from them make sure your wires aren't clipped!
