Went in today and met with Clint Staver about a Honda Accord. He did a great job explaining the options of the car. The test drive was nice. No pressure. He fully explained the incentives; such as the financing package, Superior Protection Plan, million mile powertrain warranty. The application process, as well as the financing was a breeze. It was the best car buying experience for me yet.
John Davenport and Southern Motors Honda were amazing yesterday. I went with my daughter and her husband to look at cars and Mr. Davenport was so friendly and personable. He wasn't pushy and really listen to what they were looking for. My kids walked away with not one but two cars yesterday. Thank you to everyone for everything.
We brought in our 2013 CR-V to get the window washer working and positive battery cable replaced. The Service was handled efficiently. I waited in the waiting area, drinking their coffee, eating their donuts, and being quite comfortable using their wifi. Paige McDuffie the service manager took great care of me, and my car!

Aaron was the best! He helped us over and beyond what I expected. We loved Keith as well in the financing department. However the way steven treated us almost cost y'all a sale because he wasn't aware of how the bank of America loan works. Treated us poorly for this. He did apologize in the end which was good but had we not called bank of America directly we wouldn't have bought our car today. Overall great service and we love our new car. Again Aaron was awesome and Keith was so nice.
