I have needed a new van for sometime and connected right away with Lania in customer service as we are both from Montana. Dawarren worked the phones and helped make sure we got into our wonderful brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey SE!!! This month is always hard because it's the month our daughter passed away in 2015. But the team we worked with helped bring a huge smile to our face's!!! I received a letter from Honda about a recall on my 2015 CRV. Called, made an appointment for 0730 the day after Thanksgiving to have the recall work and oil change done. I arrived at 0715, when the doors opened at 0730, they checked me in and 45 minutes later (after I sat in their nice waiting room with a big screen TV, fresh coffee and HOT Krispy Kreme donuts for everyone!) I was on the road. Excellent customer service every visit!!

We have now bought three cars from Southern Motors. I just got the greatest deal on a 2012 Toyota Camry. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Southern Motors to anyone, whether you're looking for a used car or a new Honda!
The staff, sales people, and financing department were very professional, nice, and helpful. I did not feel pressured to purchase, and am very glad I was able to do business with Southern Motors. They really did go above my expectations to give the complete customer service package.
