I was quoted a price and when I went back to get the price the salesperson took it up $2,000 I really thought that this guy was not right so I call customer service and talk to Mike who said he would look into it but never did I really feel awful about Southern Motors Honda. Ladies never go alone go with your husband your brother are a male friend I was treated awful.
Our buying experience was good; our latest service experience, not so much. Service management refused to honor the complimentary services that were shown on their mobile website. Also, it was said that if a survey was completed before leaving the dealership, a discount would be given, but the survey didn't come for a few days.
