Sarena and Evanie were very courteous and helpful. They were attentive to my needs even through I was a little grumpy because of the pain I was feeling. Jonathan and Dr. Shokat were attentive and listening to my back pain quest. They explained the plan and expedited due to a upcoming trip I have.
What a blessing this morning to be greeted by the new admin staff at SIPC. A positively bright and can do attitude was just what I need as I start out this Monday on day one of week three "No Days Off." Attitude is everything when one's only constant companion is pain.
If you get a procedure to get off pain meds and you reschedule an appointment. They will not see you again to ween you off pain meds. They let me go cold turkey. So yeah find a place that actually cares about you not the bottom line.
Awesome staff! Jonathan was very attentive and professional. Highly recommend patient care facility.
