This company has the worst follow through and follow up. I got new windows from them for my whole house, which was not inexpensive, and as of today they are still not complete. This project install was done the week between Christmas and New Years 2022, and today is July 18th. It has taken 6 and a half months and still not complete! The first issue was when the installers came, the bottom sash was not the agreed upon design for the grids in the windows. My daughter was hospitalized and I continuously got phone calls, text messages and voicemails from many different numbers from this company. I had communicated over text multiple times that I was unable to verify a date, and I finally told them to stop contacting me after so many spam like calls. I still received for phone calls after that text message was sent from different numbers with the same company. There’s no communication between these workers. Wonderfully service. We got windows and doors and they are perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient workers. Especially with the doors. He had a hard time. I would recommend them. In fact my mom had hers done and they were a recommendation. Loved them.

My step in tub spews junk out of the hydro jets. For 6 months I've asked to have it fixed many times they couldn't fix it with bandaid tries. I've spent a lot of money for this piece of junk. Can't use it! I'm ready to rip it out and put in a step I. Shower. And sue!

I signed the contract and paid the 10% deposit in May 2022. Months passed & nothing was done. Every time I called, I was put on terminal HOLD or disconnected. I finally reached the VP, Scott Alsop, after demanding the deposit be returned to me in February 2023. He blamed Covid and The Supply Line for the delay. After completing the job, I received immediate demand for payment or risk the account going to collections.

If only I had read the reviews posted here I would have cancelled the contract within the 3 day period following signing the contract. My experience with the people at this business confirm what the other female reviewers said about this company having no integrity and telling repeated lies. (Interesting that the other victims of this business giving bad reviews are women and at least two of us are widows- buyers beware these are scammers targeting females!) ULTIMATE GUTTER GUARDS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. ACTUALLY A 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH FOR THIS COMPANY, TRY NO STAR. THIS COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING MY PARENTS BARHROOM WITH A KOHLER WALK IN TUB. THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2 DAYS AND NOW GOING ON 3 MONTHS. THE PROJECT MANAGER AND SOUTHERN COMPANY ARE INCOMPETENT. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND LIE TO THEM ABOUT COMPLETING THE INITIAL JOB PLUS PROBLEMS THAT ARISE. Southern Industries bought out ********* ******* in ******, TN a few years ago. I ALWAYS went to ********* for my vinyl replacement windows. So, when I saw their AD for gutter guard, I called. They promised a $25 gift card for allowing them to give an estimate. FALSE ADVERTISING! Salesman did not offer the gift card, so I asked him. He said they no longer allowed the salesman to hand them out because some were pocketing them. Said it would come in the mail. Just another LIE!
