THE PROJECT MANAGER AND SOUTHERN COMPANY ARE INCOMPETENT. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND LIE TO THEM ABOUT COMPLETING THE INITIAL JOB PLUS PROBLEMS THAT ARISE.
