Austin did an excellent job of presenting their windows! Keith is an excellent team leader and I was very pleased with each member of the team, professionally, personally, cooperating, and cleanup.
The job was done professionally and expeditiously. The workers were relatable and answered any questions asked. I would hire them again.
706 7362555 horrible spam! calls many times per day to a no call landline and it is southern industries in Augusta with whom I have never done business!
This company has the worst follow through and follow up. I got new windows from them for my whole house, which was not inexpensive, and as of today they are still not complete. This project install was done the week between Christmas and New Years 2022, and today is July 18th. It has taken 6 and a half months and still not complete! The first issue was when the installers came, the bottom sash was not the agreed upon design for the grids in the windows. My daughter was hospitalized and I continuously got phone calls, text messages and voicemails from many different numbers from this company. I had communicated over text multiple times that I was unable to verify a date, and I finally told them to stop contacting me after so many spam like calls. I still received for phone calls after that text message was sent from different numbers with the same company. There’s no communication between these workers. Wonderfully service. We got windows and doors and they are perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient workers. Especially with the doors. He had a hard time. I would recommend them. In fact my mom had hers done and they were a recommendation. Loved them.
My step in tub spews junk out of the hydro jets. For 6 months I've asked to have it fixed many times they couldn't fix it with bandaid tries. I've spent a lot of money for this piece of junk. Can't use it! I'm ready to rip it out and put in a step I. Shower. And sue!
