Contracted for a new shower and I was told "it was easily a one full day job" that was supposed to start on 9/10/25 and as I sit here today writing this on 9/25/25 the shower is still not finished. The installer didn't show up until 2:15 p.m. on the first day and left at 5:00 p.m. saying he would be back the next day to finish. That day he didn't show up until 5:00 p.m. and worked until 10:00 p.m. and still today, the shower is not complete. Communication with this company is a total bust too.
I am a very happy, satisfied customer. Zac Billiris met with us and showed us what we do to an empty room. Installation went great, finished in less than one day. I have no problem recommending them to remodel any bathroom shower.
Southern Industries estimated and installed the Ultimate Gutter Guard system and I will be reaching out to them for all future home projects!!!!! Their entire staff was very professional. They follow-up when they say they will and their pricing was almost half of the other "leaf" gutter estimates. Keep up the good work and training as your staff is amazing.
Salesperson was very unprofessional, rude, and critical of the age and condition of my home, that is in one of Atlanta's best areas. He then goes on to talk about gentrification and other totally inappropriate things, and this clown thought he was gonna close a sale, not a chance. I don't need that type of treatment from some two bit salesperson who came to my home by the name of Randy Maynard. We recently had 2 bathroom showers remodeled. We couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship and professionalism were top notch. I highly recommend this company. A special shout out to Chelsea, Brian, Jeremy, and Antonio. Thanks again!!
