I am shocked at reading some of these comments. I have had every phone call returned promptly, all messages through MyChart are answered the same day, usually within minutes. The front desk staff are very kind. Dr. Cline and Susan are the most patient, compassionate understanding humans ever.
Worst experience EVER! Rude people, don't call you back, and refuse to schedule patients with a NEED even when they have a referral. Going to Methodist! This place is a JOKE!!
Absolutely awful, another hospital that alouds their surgeons to prescribe Tylenol after a heart surgery? Wow why not have that surgeon lay down on the table and we perform the same surgery on HER and find out how she feels. And the patient complained and the family complained about his pain and she did nothing. GET AN ATTORNEY if you go to this hospital for any kind of surgery that may actually cause pain GOD forbid if they don't treat your pain it's a lawsuit...
