I RENTED FROM THIS COMPANY SOUTHERN HOMES AND THE HOME WAS FULL OF RATS .ALSO THEY CHARGED ME A 350 CLEANING FEE AFTER I CLEANED THE HOME WAS FIFTY. I PAINTED THE HOME SHAMPOO THE CARPET . THESE PEOPLE IS HORRIBLE . RUN DONT RENT
