They are just very rude people at this office!! Zero customer service!!!
I would not recommend renting a home with this company. I moved out almost a year ago. Upon moving out, I received a letter demanding money for damages. The damages alleged were incredibly vague I.E. floors. No further explanation despite the flooring being fine. I called them asking for an explanation because if the damages alleged were genuine I would pay for them. However when no explanation is provided, why would I give you a blank check. Mrs. Ann Ross & her husband are the ABSOLUTE best! I couldn't have been more blessed then to have them as my landlords! They are very understanding & sweet people to work with and I highly recommend them <3
The 2 star average speaks for itself. They are clearly money hungry and rent out DISGUSTING properties. How do you expect anyone to pay a deposit on filthy and infested homes?
