husband is having surgery. he was scheduled at 2pm. 4:30 PM we are still waiting for him to go back. stuck listening to the nurses gab gab gab about their personal lives. so unprofessional and frustrating.

I went with my friend as she was getting a cyst on her hand removed. I couldn’t believe how many people were taking care of her. All of them so pleasant. Then in the waiting room, a really great guy named Glenn, talked to me and told me what to expect and time lines. After the procedure, the doctor came to see me to let me know everything was fine. Glenn came back over and said he’d take me to her in a few minutes. Great customer service. Nothing like the horrible treatment I got at UMC several years ago

Had my gallbladder taken out yesterday by Dr Carroll. Amazing experience from check in to discharge, this was my first surgery and all of the physicians and nurses made me feel so comfortable.

I’ve delivered both of my girls at Southern Hills and had such a great experience both times. Adriane was our postpartum nurse both times and she is absolutely amazing. In fact, we connected so well with her the first time that I specifically requested to have her the second time. I am a care giver for a patient who need a procedure done in and out kind of a thing ,the daughter was able to go in naturally, but I was not even able to go into the lobby or waiting area . I am currently sitting out side and in need of a restroom but can not enter.
