These folks do great work and everyone that's ever come out to my home has been professional, polite, and very helpful. But every single time I've called and talked to someone at the office about scheduling an appointment or when someone would be coming out they have been so rude. They have a tone like talking to you is an enormous burden and treat you like an idiot for not knowing all the ins and outs of their business. Made the trip down from Knoxville this pasted Saturday. They very gracious and accommodating to work with my schedule. I bought a Yoder 640 w/comp cart and this thing is awesome! I highly recommend the Yoder and Southren Hearth both. Great people with an awesome product.
After a lot of human error ( Southern Hearth & Patio couldn't dial my cell number, and we couldn't get the electric starter to work) Brian came to the rescue!!! He was able to contact me by calling my cell AND get the starter to work!!! He was so kind and gracious and did an excellent job.
