Southern Green has been servicing our needs for more than 5 years. Their service technician is extremely thorough and reliable. Our lawn looks as good as it ever has. In addition, if there is ever a problem due to adverse weather or insects they are usually out the next day

They're charging my Credit Card without my authorization. They're supposed to charge on the 1st of every month and they're charging now a day earlier. I've asked them to cancel due to my grass being killed based on the chemical they're using. Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone and rarely call back.

I hired this company mid June to get my lawn in shape, mid July I had to reach out to them to find out why no one had been to my house, when the promise was made to me that they will have my lawn looking better in 30 days. A technician was sent out to complete the service a few days after my call, but by this time I was done with this company because I didn't like how they did business.
