At Southern Grace Hospice and Palliative Care, we do not consider what we do as work. To all of us it is a ministry in which we can serve and better the lives of those around us. We don't focus on death and dying, but rather on life and living. "Southern Grace provides care for the body, mind and spirit."

Southern Grace Hospice was a gift from God in our time of need. Southern Grace cared for my sweet dad since the summer and until he entered Glory 2 weeks ago. They were there every step of the way, a few names that stand out are, Amy, Andi, Chaplain Jim. They also informed us that the hospice gifts 2 memory pillows for the family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. Thank you Southern Grace.
Southern Grace cared for my father at the end of his life. They did not just take care of him, they cared for all of us. Every single person we encountered was professional, compassionate, caring, empathetic and patient. They listened to us and took the time to explain everything to us. My dad transitioned not long after returning home from the hospital but the 18 hours that he was in their care was nothing short of amazing. The people, I met Chaplain Jim over lunch today and was inspired, after watching the videos I’m sure this is the start of something beautiful
My grandmother was recently cared for by Southern Grace Hospice. I can not say enough about how caring and professional this company is! All the staff were so kind and caring right down to the oxygen tank delivery guy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and in a way we could all understand! Jamie, Heather, Lauren are just to name a few of these AWESOME NURSES! We will highly recommend southern grace to anyone and everyone! God Bless you all!
So incredibly thankful for all of the care, compassion and love given to my Mother and our entire family. So thankful for their help in order to care for her at home until she earned her wings. Thankful for Debbie, Amanda, Amy, Crissi, Amber and Kameerah. Never underestimate the power of what you do daily. God bless you all!
please let the staff know that I greatly appreciate all your help and support they did helping me with my mom.
They were the absolute best, they made us feel so special in our time of need. They explained everything, they truly were a blessing to my mom and my family. Thank you so much for everything. My stepdad was a king that night who will be truly missed.
My mother has been under Southern Grace Hospice since April and they've the most awesome group of people I've ever came across. Mama's team are loving, caring, thoughtful, and just the best! They do their job with compassion and take such great care with Mama...and take care of my concerns and fears too. Since Mama's diagnosis May 2018, this is the best decision we've made concerning her treatment...thanks ever so much, Wendi, Donna, Demecko, Denise, and of course Mike...love you all!
