Such a wonderful Faith based organization!!! All of the staff that took care of my Dad , from the nurses, aides, chaplains and social workers , you could tell the care and love they had for him and our family. It was evident even on his last day as the nurse/aide, chaplain helped him and us on his journey home.
Southern Grace gives such amazing care to their patients and their families. They truly go above and beyond!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Southern Grace. They have been such a blessing to my grandma, and out entire family.
It's a wonderful group of people coming together for the good of their patients, friends and the family as well. They do what they love and it shows.
Sincere carrying service oriented. Just to name a few qualities of this amazing organization. I would strongly recommend it to anyone in need of hospice and palliative care with that personalized touch.
