I placed an order that had an August shipment. The order was placed on July 31. Three weeks into August I still had not received shipping confirmation. I realize it was a preorder but I called and left a message, sent 2 emails and a Facebook message was sent. All without any response. Once I finally did make contact, I learned that the order would be shipped August 25 or later. I purchased two dresses and promptly returned them due to fit issues. It has been almost 4 weeks, I still do not have a refund, nor do I have any communication back from them via phone/email, even after multiple attempts made on my part! EDIT - they made it right. Refunded me and offered a store credit for their mistake. I am very happy and grateful for the resolution.
if you can afford it go for it I would love to dress like this so very fabulous... one day.

I just had an issue with a dress I ordered, but won't have in time for my event ( I knew it was a pre-order, but took the chance), I called customer service.... and have NEVER been treated so well! Not only were they pleasant, and polite.. but helped me find a dress in stock that would reach me in time. I will gladly order from this company again. Thank you!💃💃💃
