RecommendedRealized I ordered a pre-order dress for a special event. Therefore, the item I purchased wouldve gotten here after the event. Customer service was super courteous and helpful! Gave me a full refund and offered to help me order something in its place. I will gladly consider them again for another event that I need a beautiful dress or outfit for 😊

Stopped yesterday and got a great dress for my party wedding dress And got to see the van and meet the very nice ladies working! Thank y’all! I’m outta NC and would drive back down there anytime!
I called to ask some questions and received nothing but great customer service. The lady was kind enough to go to the back to look for sz while I was on phone. She even waited on the phone with me while I looked for a different dress. Everything was pleasant about this place! They even put my daughters dresses in the mail same day as payment. Thank you ladies!! 5stars!!

Really disappointed that I ordered a dress in July for a photo shoot on August 23rd and it still hasn’t even shipped. My shoot is tomorrow. I was super excited for this dress because these look stunning. When I ordered it said mid August delivery so I figured I’d be safe. If you need a dress for a certain date I’d definitely recommend ordering months in advance... maybe you’ll get lucky and get it in time. Can’t get in touch with anyone
I recently eloped and wore a dress I had purchased online from here :) It was perfect. The fabric was very comfortable and the lace was really pretty, too. It was exactly what I was looking for and for a really great price!
Still haven’t received item it’s been processing for a month now.. so much for having a dress for my event in two days
