RecommendedAmazing customer service!!! ❤️ I ordered the to have and to hold dress for my wedding day. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive on time. I sent them a message and she assured me that she would make sure I got my dress on time. They stayed in contact with me at all times. I received my dress within two days. It fit like a dream and looked beautiful on my special day!!! I am forever and always a SFC!!!❤️❤️❤️😘
Ordered 3 items from them online, each was a little pricey. Two were noted preorder - one June, one July. I ordered in May. Last items weren’t received until mid-late August. Then they were too big and unflattering. Return process was slow and could have been easier. Cute clothes but too much hassle.

Update: I was finally able to get in touch with someone from customer service through Facebook. They did apologize for the confusion and made sure my item was shipped out that same day. Hopefully I will be receiving it soon. Customer service is horrible. Good luck getting a response from someone and from reading these reviews they seem very rude if you do. I’m really sad I bought a dress through them for my bridal shower spent another extra 20 dollars for speedy shipping and they still took 3 weeks. We never got any emails from them. Then on top of this the dress was wayyy to small and then I couldn’t get ahold of them for a return. 80 dollars down the drain, no dress for my bridal stuff and no money for a new dress. I wish everyone else has a better experience.
