I have repeatedly email only to get a generated email back. If I was able to call I would, I work when they are open. Don’t have time to be on hold. If I don’t hear back today, will cancel all my orders. Spent close to 500, and will never order again. Poor customer service = loss of business.
I ordered my Duster almost a month and a half ago,and still no Duster.Ive trys calling and noone ever picks up have to leave a message, and they never call back.got a mess Nov 20th that said as soon as my order is shipped they will notify me. I'd really at this point like my money back,because it was for a party and well I had to buy another outfit to wear to it.Or they need to make good on this in some way.
No one answers their phone. No one returns voice mails. No one answers emails or messenger messages. I purchased some things two months ago and have not received them. No responses nothing.
Unfortunately, I’ve been trying all week via email, phone, and FB messenger to get help with my orders and have heard nothing. I’ll be contacting my credit card to open a dispute. I’m a new customer and very disappointed. I love the clothes but I won’t be shopping with this company again. I’m happy to change this review if they get in touch with me immediately.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I placed 2 orders on October 17th for a mid November delivery date, yet here I am in December and haven’t heard a word. I’ve left several messages and sent emails and nothing. Not to mention they charged my card immediately, so I’m out nearly $100 and 2 Christmas gifts 😡 Will never order from them again!
Love your gear, shipping time to process orders is way toooo long! I also think you should offer some kind of rewards or rewards program. But MOST of all AFTERPAY needs to be on your site!! I can’t express that enough!!! AFTERPAY!!! Its a game changer!!
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on October 18th and agreed to a mid- November delivery. Here it is, December the 4th and I haven’t heard from them or received my product. I have reached out via email and Facebook message and have only received back automated messages saying it will be a while before they can get back to me. TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If the order is going to be almost 3 weeks late, at least communicate that or at the very least answer my correspondence!
Ordered the glitter bomb shoes in September for a mid November delivery. Can’t reach anyone in customer service. HIGHLY disappointed and out almost $50 and no shoes!
I can not tell you how fantastic the customer service I received was!!!! Completely amazing!!! Completely turned my week around! They went above and well beyond to help me and I can not say thank you enough!
