In my Black Friday blackout haze of ordering everything I deemed adorable, I ordered a tie dye fuzzy Sherpa sweatshirt from this website. I imagined a warm, yummy fleece sweatshirt, but what I got is a silky and lower quality item. The inside is made of an odd low quality material, and underneath the fur are these tiny holes. Contacted seller for a return, but based on other reviews I’m thinking I got duped :(
Ordered their glittery sneakers back in Oct for "mid November delivery". finally emailed late November asking for an update and I was told there was a "production delay" and they would ship in December. going through other's comments, some people ordered before I did and still have not received their product. Nor will the company respond to tagged comments in the thread asking for updates. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They charged me for a coat they never shipped. They will not return messages or answer their phone.
They are awesome. I ordered the flare denim and sherpa hoodie during black friday sale. I received the items quicker than I thought. They were operating on a 5 to 7 day processing backlog. I received it in less than 10 days. The denim flares are the best jeans I have ordered hands down. The fit was amazing. The sherpa hoodie is like a soft warm hug without being bulky.
