I placed an order for an in stock item... it’s been 5 business days... still not shipped... I’ve called customer service twice and left 2 voicemails and haven’t heard a word!!! I need this ASAP!!!! About to contact PayPal to do a dispute! UPDATE! I was contacted by customer service after i posted this, and she is going to send my package out tomorrow so i have it for next weekend! That is great customer service! Such a pleasure to work with!
All the ladies at Southern Fried Chics have gone above and beyond for all their customers during this holiday season! Cyber week was full of unbelievable deals and watching all the girls work their butts off to take care of everyone’s orders is amazing!! They really have huge hearts, great customer service and amazing product!! The dresses, tops, glitter bombs, flares etc....are top quality and so is the customer service!!

I called them, because the post office delivered my exchange to them on 11/25/19. They were going to expedite the exchange and call me back. i have called back every day since, and no one answers the phone. It was regarding order (#309657) . I was trying to exchange it for the Lost for Words dress in small to wear for a Christmas party.
Product quality and customer service are off the charts!! I could not recommend a better place to support 💗
I’ve been buying from SFC since 2013. Great quality, never had any problems at all. Anytime I ask for help it was timely and like talking to friends. Love working with them! Just wish they were in Texas so I could go in person❤️❤️
I've been ordering from SFC for YEARS! The glitter bombs rock! I've some that are a few years old and the glitter still looks good! All the clothes are awesome as well! Customer service girls are soo nice and helpful!!!!! Thanks for all you do!
