I placed an order 11 days ago. The order still says “processing” I have sent multiple emails, private messages. NO RESPONSE! For this being my first order with the company, I am not pleased! I am starting to feel like I need to file a PayPal claim
I’ve ordered multiple items from them I love the quality, sometimes I’m off about the sizing but it’s so easy to call the customer service to find out about returns and exchanges. Anytime you have a problem they are so quick to fix it also. They always have a lot of Facebook give aways also which is a plus. Finally they give a lot of discounts and coupons once you start shopping with them. They will continue to have my business for a LONG time.
Ordered boots that never came. Canceled the order and I’m still waiting in my refund don’t recommend buying from this place it’s a unorganized. Don’t recommend anyone to buy form here !
Their clothes are gorgeous and well made. The girls that work there give great customer service
I have been trying to contact for several days about a dress I am unhappy with, and have been unable to get any help. the "V" in the front of the dress is "off" the stitches are frayed and I just want to return it!!!! But no one will help me! Cheaply made dress for $70. Not very happy with the "customer service," either.
This store is the absolute best. Always great customer service. The one time I had a issue (I ordered the wrong size) they bend over backwards to make it right. My only problem is hiding my purchases from my family.
I haven't received my items yet, but I love all the items you have available and the prices are reasonable. I'm still waiting for the glitter boots in both color to come back. I keep missing out on them, but shopping is easy and just love SFC!!!!
Always amazing service with this company and its run by amazing people!!! I reccomend it 100%.
