Made my first purchase and sizing was off. Store would not allow me to return for refund, store credit, exchange etc. I’ve never shopped at a store that doesn’t allow a return unless an item was on clearance 🤷🏼♀️
Honestly, my only issue is that I can't exchange my items for a correct size. I ordered 3 shirts and a Sherpa in a size large, and once they got here I realized they needed to be mediums. I reached out and finally got in touch with someone, but all I was told is because it's "custom made" I can't exchange it. I'm not entirely sure how it's custom made when I didn't get monogram or names on the shirts, and the shirts are still in stock. I ordered my girlfriend some shirts and dresses from this company and I still have not received my order not even a email saying my order has been shipped. It has been 4 months and I'm beginning to think I ain't getting what I paid for. I called this morning to find out what was taken so long and got hung up on when I asked for a refund. Smh. This company does not care about their customers they care more about taken their money. They need to be shut down.
Don't do it. They cannot pay attention to detail. Shipping takes forever. Today is 11/24 and they kindly informed me that they will begin to ship their November preorder items on November 30th. The very end of the month??? Well that messed up a gift for my daughter. Also, during the summer, I ordered a dress and had to call and change the size. They sent me the wrong size. I ordered a top in August and I’m still waiting in the top. I wouldn’t order from here ever again. All the tops I ordered came separately and with no tracking. I’m still waiting on one top which was pricey. Horrible experience
you are stuck with items that don't fit or don't fit right you do not even get store credit if you use a coupon code I will spend where I know if it doesn't work I'm not screwed and stuck with the useless item and actually get my money back or the store credit you lost me over your return policy it is not about customer satisfaction at all

Ordered an item almost 3 weeks ago and it never shipped. Contacted the company and was told the item is out of stock and I have not received a refund. Item was a gift and now I have to buy a new one somewhere else. I’m wondering if anybody actuality gets their items.
This company constantly advertises and I finally caved and decided to buy some items. I bought stuff on pre order as well as stuff that was in stock. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t even received an email notifying me that items have shipped. I bought items for thanksgiving and other gifts and now it doesn’t look like I will be able to use them unfortunately.
